Wash & Prep
Traditional Bucket Method
Dilute 3 capfuls in a bucket of water. Stir to a rich foam and apply with a sponge, soft brush or soft cloth to fiberglass, vinyl, aluminum, teak, and all other marine surfaces. Rinse well with water. Air dry or dry with a clean microfiber towel.
Foam Cannon Method
• For average washdowns, add 2-3oz of formula to container and fill with water. *Note: more formula can be used for more heavy-duty cleaning.
• Before applying Wash & Prep, rinse boat with fresh water to remove any loose debris, dirt, or salt.
• After initial rinse, adjust to the foam setting to create a foamy solution.
• Start from the top highest point on the boat and work downward, applying the foam liberally over the surface. Make sure to cover all areas, especially those most exposed to saltwater.
• Allow foam to sit on the surface for a few minutes to break down salt. Do not let the foam dry on the boat, as this can leave residue.
• For tough spots or areas with significant build-up, use a soft brush or sponge to gently scrub the surface.
- Thoroughly rinse boat with
fresh water, starting from the top-down to prevent streaking. Ensure all soap is washed away.
• Use a clean microfiber towel to dry, which helps prevent water spots and removes any last traces of salt.
